I have been a medical professional for more than 40 years. As a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon and dental anesthesiologist, I've served as chairman of the dental department and member of the medical staff executive committee at Methodist Hospital in Madison. I've written a book, First Do No Harm offering a cure for medical malpractice, and am working on a second book, a manual for my Individual Responsibility Peer Review system.
